Fishing is the main source of income for the 1500 inhabitants. The current 8th place in the standings with one win out of three matches probably reflects the potential of the team better than the stunning 3rd place of last year, the best result in the club’s history. For more than two years the former player Milan Jankovic has been the team’s coach. He has no stars in his squad, but this may be the reason for the team’s stability. The pillars in defence are Jankovic’s compatriot Zoran Djuric (formerly Partizan Belgrade) and Olafur Bjarnason (formerly Malmö), while Gretar Hjartason (formerly Lilleström) is their best striker.
